In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Electronic Communications Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users’ personal data is handled in accordance with the regulations and laws defining the protection of personal data. Company ETIKA-R d.o.o. as a personnel agency respects the right to privacy and is committed to the protection of personal data obtained from users of its services. - search and selection of suitable personnel: we help companies in the search and selection of the most suitable candidates and assess their competences for the required work performance,

Providing personal data when applying for a job vacancy is voluntary.

- the need to store data to fulfill contractual obligations,
- protection of the legitimate interests of the data controller,

6. Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data
Users of the website ETIKA-R d.o.o. have the right to request in writing at any time the termination of the processing of their personal data, either temporarily or permanently, in whole or in part, by unsubscribing from the ETIKA-R d.o.o. website. or directly via the e-mail address info@etika-r.si. ETIKA-R d.o.o. undertakes to stop processing or delete the user’s personal data no later than 15 days after receiving a written request.
