What does the Legal and Personnel field in the company refer to?

Human resources and the field of labor law in the company refers to the treatment of employees in accordance with the regulations and legal standards that apply in Slovenia and the EU. This includes drafting employment contracts, ensuring compliance with labor relation regulations both in Slovenia and in individual EU member states and drafting certain agreements between workers and employers.
